Thanks to the leadership of Cleveland County Water (CCW) and the Town of Lawndale, a new walking and biking trail is being planned along the First Broad. The proposed trail — the Stagecoach Greenway — will extend 3 miles from the Town of Lawndale, north to the CCW treatment facility.

The Stagecoach Greenway Master Plan will serve as a guide for the development of a greenway and series of parks along the First Broad River near the Town Lawndale in Cleveland County, NC.
